For New Customers: If this is your first time with Harness Pet Care, welcome! We’ll guide you through a quick setup so we can get to know you and your pets before your first booking.

📩 Submit your inquiry form or 📞 Text/Call (313) 744-2434.
Include your care dates, pet names, age, breed/species, and any relevant health or behavior notes.

We’ll approve your account and send you a Time To Pet login.
Log into Time to Pet using the link provided.
Complete your pet and home profiles.
Upload vaccination records (rabies required by law).
Add feeding, medication, and emergency contact details.

Fill out the quick form (linked through Time to Pet).

Book your in-home consultation.

We meet your pets, review routines, test access, and make sure everyone’s comfortable. This is where we align on safety, care needs, and timing windows.

After the Meet & Greet, you’ll receive a custom quote and care plan.

Sign the Emergency Vet Authorization Form
Add a card on file (required)
Pay total and any holiday deposits if applicable
✅ You’ll receive your booking confirmation email with service details, sitter name(s), and invoice.
📷 During visits, you’ll receive photo updates in Time To Pet.
