Communication was easy, and Sarah was very mindful of my doggies' habits, behaviors, preferences, etc, as well as things about my apartment (dishwasher, locks, etc). We moved to Michigan from PA a little over a year ago and had never let our beloved Grandpup Lucy alone for any more than 6 hours at a time. My neice was getting married back in PA which required us ro find someone to take care of Lucy for 4 days. Sarah came for a meet and greet - to make sure everyone felt comfortable with each other, and to gather information about what Lucy's needs would be. We were immediately comfortable with Sarah, and even though we were apprehensive about leaving Lucy for so long, there was absolutely no need (AT ALL) for any concern. I don't think Lucy even missed us - which is a good thing - because of the attention and care that Sarah gave to Lucy! The care and attention wasn't limited to just Lucy either! Sarah updated us daily with info and pictures of our beloved girl, reinforcing the knowledge that our home and pup were in excellent hands! I will not hesitate to ask Sarah for help in the future and can only hope that she'll be available!”

“We arrived in Michigan for some work and we brought our travel cat. I’m so happy we found Sarah on Rover. First, she came over to meet him and make sure he would be ok with her, which is amazing. Second, we were going to be gone for an entire day and Sarah was so accommodating and helped us figure out a visit plan where our cat wouldn’t feel too lonely. And third, she sent me pictures and detailed updates with each visit and ensured our cat felt safe, comfortable, and that our house was in good shape.
